How Funding Requests Work
The Siuslaw Athletic Booster Club is committed to supporting our students' athletic excellence. To ensure fair and efficient distribution of funds, we follow a structured proposal and review process. Please review the guidelines below before starting your application.
Who Can Request?
Funding requests may be submitted by head coaches of Siuslaw middle and high school sports programs, student-athlete representatives with coach approval, or the Athletic Director.
Covered Expenses
We prioritize requests for essential sports equipment, safety gear, facility enhancements, gameday logistics, and specialized training that directly benefits Siuslaw athletes.
Key Deadlines
Our board reviews requests monthly. To ensure your request is heard, please submit this form at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled Booster Club meeting.
What to Expect After Submitting
Your submission will be reviewed by the board. You may be invited to speak briefly at the meeting. Decisions are made by vote, and notifications are sent out immediately following the board's decision.
